The matter has been amicably settled between the parties by which insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,90,000/- to the claimants over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT. 2.

In terms of the settlement, learned counsel for the insurance company has placed on record a cheque bearing no. 218830 dated 06.02.2018 drawn on United Bank of India, Connaught Circus, New Delhi in favour of the appellant no.1 amounting to Rs.1,90,000/-. 3.

The said amount shall be released to the appellant no.1 by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee subject to verification. 4.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the court Master.
