% 22.01.2018 C.M. APPL 2671/2018 (impleadment) This is an application filed by the applicants under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with section 151 of Civil Procedure Code for impleading the applicants in the array of parties as respondents.

Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are rightful owners of the land in question. The applicants had filed W.P. (C) 2104/1985 praying that the acquisition proceedings be quashed and by a judgment dated 11.05.2007, the acquisition proceedings have already been quashed. We may note that W.P. (C) 2104/1985 already stands allowed. By an application C.M. APPL 36804/2017 filed by the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 24.04.2017, the matter has been directed to be listed

before a Bench comprising of S. Ravindra Bhat, J. and Yogesh Khanna, J.. As prayed, list this application i.e. C.M. APPL 2671/2018 also before a Bench comprising of S. Ravindra Bhat, J. and Yogesh Khanna, J., subject to and after obtaining orders from Hon‟ble the Acting Chief Justice, on 02.02.2018 the date already fixed.
