% 12.02.2016 The present writ petition prays as follows:
" (I) The Order dated 17.12.2005 by which the Petitioner's application for discharge has been impliedly rejected and the prosecution's prayer for framing charges has been allowed, be quashed;
(II)The record of the Trial Court be summoned and perused by this Hon'ble Court;
(III) To pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." The prayer sought in the present writ petition has been rendered academic in view of the decision of this Court in W.P. (CRL) 1401/2002 and Crl. Revision Petition No. 338/2014 decided by this Court in favour of the petitioner by way of judgment and order dated 13th January, 2016. In view of the above, present petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
