% 28.07.2016 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 156/ 2015 under Sections 323/427/452/506/34 IPC registered at PS Shakarpur on the complaint of one Satya Prakash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the incident two cross-cases were registered one on the complaint of Satya Prakash i.e. FIR No.156/2015 and the other on the complaint of Dilip Kumar the co-accused being FIR No.326/2015 under Section 354/394/395/427/452/506/34 IPC besides a third one on the complaint of wife of Dilip Kumar being FIR No.544/2015 under Section 448/380/34 IPC. In the complaint filed by Dilip Kumar i.e. the complainant herein Satya Prakash was not arrested. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner was also injured in the incident and cross-FIRs were registered. The petitioner has already joined the investigation.
