% 18.04.2016 CM Appln. 13624/2016 in LA.APP.228/2015 The LA.APP.228/2015 was disposed of on 23.09.2015 in terms of the decision of the Apex Court in Charan Singh vs. UOI & Anrs. (decided on 11.12.2014).

The appellant, however, was held not to be entitled to the interest for the period of delay in approaching the Court. The decree sheet could not be prepared as inadvertently wrong LAC number was provided in the memo of appeal.

Instead of LAC No.60/2011 which is the correct number, it was stated as LAC No.61/2011. The order dated 23.09.2015, disposing of the appeal be, therefore, read as having been passed in connection with LAC No.60/2011. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
