The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No.160/2022 dated 19.08.2022, registered at Police Station Chanakyapuri for offences under Sections 365/384/323/506/120B/370 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Section 3/4/5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention)] Act, 1956 ('ITP Act').

The applicant was granted interim bail by order dated 07.06.2024 to undergo surgery.

Concededly, the surgery has already been conducted and at this stage the applicant has been advised rest along with certain medicines which have been prescribed. The surgery was conducted on 06.10.2024.

In the opinion of this Court, the applicant cannot be permitted to remain on interim bail solely for the reason that the applicant has been advised rest.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 10.11.2024.

The bail application along with the pending applications is disposed of.
