Ms. Aastha Dhawan, learned counsel for petitioners has, at the very outset, informed that after the filing of the present contempt petitions, all the petitioners have now been permitted to squat/vend at Mohan Singh Place, New Delhi. 2.
According to her, w.e.f 14.11.2024, they continue to squat/vend at the designated place in terms of the judgment of this Court. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, states that as per the instructions, the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petitions.

It is, however, prayed that liberty may be granted to them to revive the present petition, in case, such permission is later denied or withdrawn. 5.
In view of the statement made by Ms. Dhawan, learned counsel for petitioner, the present petitions are disposed of as not pressed. 6.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
