Pursuant to previous order a short affidavit has been filed by respondent no.4 confirming that the National Institute of Science Education and Research ('NISER') has been pleased to allow joining of the petitioner to the post of Scientific Officer-D (Medical Physics) in accordance with applicable laws.

The petitioner was requested to report in the Faculty Affairs Section of NISER and submit the relevant documents within one month of the date of the issue of letter dated 06th May 2025.

Counsel for petitioner states that he went on 13th May 2025, however, he has sent back.

Counsel for respondent no.4 states that he is not aware of this particular incident but will instruct his officers to make sure that the joining process can commence.
