Apparently, the prayer made through the present petition relates to an expeditious disposal of the proceedings in Civil Suit bearing No.1787/16 stated to be pending for more than 25 years with the original Suit bearing no.2652/92.

The learned Trial Court would make an endeavour to complete the proceedings in the Civil Suit No.1787/16 with original Suit bearing no.2652/92 in the year 2019.
