As per Clause Q of the Work Order dated 20.04.2022, if a dispute has arisen, the parties shall first mutually discuss and then if the attempt at amicable settlement fails, they may refer the dispute to the Sole Arbitrator. 2.

In the instant case, there is no notice calling the other side to amicable resolve the dispute.

Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to approach afresh, in case necessity arises if the dispute is not amicable resolved. 4.

Liberty so prayed, is granted.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
