Learned counsel for respondents accepts notice and submits on instructions from Mr. Gurvinder Singh, P.A. to Principal of Guru Har Kishan Public School, Nanak Piao, Delhi that the outstanding amount of Rs.4,26,400/- shall be paid to the petitioner in three monthly instalments commencing from 01st February, 2016.
