The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 320/2024 of Police Station Special Cell for offence under Section 22/29 of NDPS Act. 1.1.

This bail application came up for the first hearing on 10.10.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court at appropriate stage. 3.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
