By way of present petition, the petitioner, who is the complainant, seeks following reliefs: - "Pass appropriate directions for a fair monitoring of the investigation of FIR No. 369/2024, dated 31.05.2024, registered at Police Station Model Town, New Delhi under Sections 498A/406/354/354A/34 IPC and for the recovery of Stridhan of the Petitioner;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the FIR pertains to Section 406 IPC, the Investigating Officer has not taken the necessary steps for recovery of stridhan, which is alleged to be lying with respondent No.2. 3.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsels for respondent Nos.2 to 5 accept notice. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the I.O. has already moved an application before the concerned court seeking search warrants, which is now coming up for hearing on 12.11.2024. He, on instructions, further submits that the investigation would be concluded expeditiously.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
