By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of six weeks in case arising out of FIR bearing No.634/2014, registered at Police Station Jafrabad, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 186/353/302/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The Medical Status Report of the applicant has been received from the Senior Medical Officer, Dispensary, Central Jail-15, Mandoli, Delhi. 3.
This Court is informed that the inmate/applicant was referred to GTB Hospital on 06.11.2025, where he has undergone certain tests and the date for surgery is still awaited.

undergo surgery, it is directed that the date of surgery be fixed within next 10 days, and the Senior Medical Officer concerned will ensure that the applicant is admitted to GTB Hospital, in custody, subject to the necessary test reports.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the father and mother of the applicant i.e., Sh. Dina Nath Mishra and Smt. Pushpa Mishra, respectively, be allowed to remain present as attendants at the time of the applicant's surgery.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the father and mother of the applicant are allowed to remain present as attendants of the applicant at the time of his surgery in the hospital, and it is directed that the above-named persons will be informed by the Jail Authorities, at least two days prior to the date of the surgery.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of in above terms. 8.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent concerned for necessary information and compliance. 9.
