By way of the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 28.07.2025 which was further extended vide order dated 09.09.2025, for a period of one month on the ground of medical condition.

No one was present on behalf of the petitioner, when the matter was taken up.

However, the learned APP for the State fairly informs this Court that the applicant herein is hospitalised. It is also stated that the medical documents on the basis of which the extension of bail has been sought have been found to be genuine. bail nor had surrendered his passport so far. Last opportunity is granted to the applicant to comply with these directions. 4.
The interim bail granted to the applicant stands extended for a period of one month from date on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 28.07.2025.

The order was passed in absence of the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the applicant solely for the reasons that the Court was informed that the present accused/applicant is in hospital and non appearance of his counsel should not cause injustice to the applicant. 6.
Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. 7.
