The present contempt petition under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. issue notice to the Contemnors calling upon them as to why the contempt proceedings shall not be initiated against them for having willfully & deliberately disobeying the Order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in aforesaid Writ Petition (C) No.14256/2025; and b. issue notice to the Contemnors directing them to comply with the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in aforesaid Writ Petition (C) No.14256/2025; and c. pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant matter and in the interest of justice."
