Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal. He, however, states that the appellant be given time till 16th November, 2024 to surrender the kiosk.

Keeping in view the limited relief sought in the present appeal, the same is disposed of with a direction to the appellant to surrender the kiosk on or before 16th November, 2024, provided the appellant files an affidavit of undertaking stating that she would vacate the kiosk on or before 16th November, 2024, with the Registry of this Court within two working days. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, present appeal along with the applications is disposed of.
