This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers:

"(i) Direct the respondent No.1& 2 to remove the respondent No.3 with her belongings from Flat No.152, SFS Flats, Ashok Vihar Phase-4. Delhi 110052 and further direct the contemnors to handover the key of the aforesaid flat to petitioner herein within two weeks from the date of listing of this petition, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Initiate proceedings contempt respondents for wilful against the Contemnors/ disobedience of judgment dated 30.08.2024 passed in W.P. (C) No.9877/2021 titled as Geeta Wahal Vs. Delhi & Ors. and punish them in accordance with law, in the interest of justice.

In view of the aforesaid status report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
