This is a petition seeking directions to the learned ASJ-02/Spl. Judge (NDPS), Karkardooma District Court to expeditiously dispose of the criminal revision petition bearing Crl. Rev. No. 60/2025 without further adjournment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 and 3 preferred revision against the order of cognizance passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate and in the revision petition, the proceedings of the trial court have been stayed. directions for expeditious disposal of the revision petition. 3.

The revision petition is stated to have been filed in the month of February 2025. There is no extraordinary delay in the disposal of the revision, which may call for passing any direction for expeditious disposal. 4.

Moreover, without knowing the status of the Board of the trial court, it may not be appropriate to issue such directions. 5.

The petition is therefore dismissed.
