At the outset, Mr. Gaurav M. Liberhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the Competent Authority for rectification of the Entry No. 656 made in the revenue record of the property being Khasra No. 865, New No. 44/11 ad measuring 1150 sq. yds i.e. 961.515 sq. mtrs., at Village Kapashera, District South West, Delhi, in accordance with law.
