The present petition was filed seeking quashing of Non-Bailable Warrants issued against the petitioner as well as for setting aside the proceedings initiated against him under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. 2.

On 13.10.2025, notice was issued in the present petition when the matter was taken up for hearing. However, in the afternoon, the investigating officer had informed the Court that the petitioner had already been arrested on 12.10.2025 and the learned counsel for the petitioner had not disclosed the said fact to this Court.

In these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies, in accordance with law. 4.
