Mr. Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has been amicably settled and the Bank in question has refunded the amount.

Petitioner was a victim of digital arrest and was aggrieved by order dated 26.09.2024 passed by learned Ombudsman, whereby it had been observed that there was no deficiency of any kind whatsoever. 3.

Be that as it may, since, admittedly, the amount has been refunded to petitioner and petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her case, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
