By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 311/2024 dated 13.05.2024, registered at Police Station Khyala, District West, New Delhi, under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground of settlement.

Mr. Charul Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case, which shall be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
