The limited prayer in the petition is for issuing direction to the Ld. JMFC for expeditious disposal of the application under Section 175(3) BNSS filed under complaint case no. 2106/2025. 2.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner apprehends that in case the application under Section 175(3) BNSS is not decided expeditiously, there is likelihood of disappearance of evidence. 3.

Since, the application is stated to be listed before the Trial Court on 29.10.2025, the Ld. JMFC is requested to make best possible endeavour to dispose of the application as early as possible. 4.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
