The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the parties, has been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

4.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

6.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

7.

The pending application stands disposed of.
