After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he would move appropriate application before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), highlighting the aspects raised in the present writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent, though, submits that such action being belated, shall not serve any purpose.
3.
Be that as it may, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
Needless to say, the petitioners are at liberty to move any such application before learned DRT and learned NCLT and the above said learned Tribunals would be at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law, without getting influenced by any of the observations made hereinabove.
