The appellants have challenged orders dated 19.05.2025 and 02.06.2025 of the learned trial court.

By way of order dated 19.05.2025, learned counsel for the appellants in presence of the appellants made a statement before the court assuring not to create a third party interest in the suit property till 02.06.2025. By way order dated 02.06.2025, in view of the above mentioned statement, learned trial court directed the appellants not to create a third party interest in the suit property till disposal of the suit.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for appellants on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
