1. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures the Court that within one week from today the refund order will be issued and the amount of refund together with interest will be directly credited to the Petitioner's account not later than two weeks from today.

2. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance on account of nonpayment of the refund amount together with interest, it may approach the VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
