In this disposed of writ petition, petitioner has filed this application seeking directions to the respondent to comply with order dated 08.11.2024 passed in this writ petition. By order dated 08.11.2024 of this petition, the predecessor bench had recorded the submission of learned ASC that appropriate action on petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2024 would be taken and petitioner would be informed. Since petitioner did not receive any information, the present application has been filed. 2.

Irrespective of sustainability of seeking an order to comply with an order, learned ASC submits that compliance in terms of order dated 08.11.2024 has now been done. A copy of the relevant communication has been supplied to counsel for petitioner.
