Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing at some length, submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with the liberty to challenge the provisions which do not permit any reservation in admission in the institute/university concerned to the wards of serving paramilitary forces personnel.

The appeal along with pending applications is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
