The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, assails the Order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in HMA 308/2020 by virtue of which the right of the Appellant to cross-examine the Respondent was closed.

Learned counsel for the Appellant-wife, after arguing for some time, seeks liberty from this Court to withdraw the present Appeal while reserving her right to challenge the Order dated 16.09.2025 along with the Appeal if the main case is decided against her in terms of Order XLIII Rule 1A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
