% 18.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents states that after the counter affidavit was filed, there have been further developments. The request of the petitioner for voluntary retirement has been accepted with effect from 31st August, 2017. The petitioner is currently on leave with effect from 4th April, 2017. The past service record of the petitioner has also been verified. Copy of the said order has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. Copy of the order dated 17th August, 2017 produced before us in the Court will be kept on record.
In view of the aforesaid position, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. However, in case the petitioner has any grievance, she will be at liberty to approach the Court in accordance with law. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
