This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the following reliefs against the respondents:- "a.

Pass an order restraining Respondent No. 1 or any of its assigns, agents or delegates from enforcing the email dated 21.05.2025 against the Petitioner; and b. Pass an order restraining Respondent No. 1 or any of its assigns, agents or delegates from enforcing the letter dated 19.09.2025 against the Petitioner; and c. Pass an order restraining Respondent No. 1 or any of its assigns, agents or delegates from taking any coercive action against the Petitioner; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. d. Pass an order restraining Respondent No. 1 or any of its assigns, agents or delegates from disturbing the operation of the Petitioner in train no. Train No. 12391-92 Shramjeevi Express."

After some arguments, Mr. Alag, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions states that without prejudice to all his rights and contentions to be raised before the Learned Arbitrator, the petitioner shall handover the possession of the Train No. 12391-92 Shramjeevi Express to the respondents on or before 10.11.2025. 3.

I am of the view that, since the petitioner has invested a lot of time, effort and energy and needs some time to wind up its operation, the same shall be granted to the petitioner upto 10.11.2025 for handing over the train to the respondents.

Taking Mr. Alag's, learned senior counsel, statement on record and binding the petitioner to the same, the petition is disposed of. 5.

This Court has not adjudicated on the merits of the petition and the same shall be tested as and when raised before the appropriate forum. 6.

The affidavit handed over in Court today is taken on record. 7.

It is directed that the respondents shall not create any hindrances till 10.11.2025 in the operations of the petitioner.
