BAIL APPLN. 620/2016 1.

The present petition under Section 438 of the Cr P C has been filed by petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.1050/2015 registered at police station Bhajan Pura, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 of the IPC.

For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner earlier filed bail application before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi which was dismissed on 09.10.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner moved second application which was also dismissed as withdrawn on 19.10.2015.

Thereafter, petitioner approached this Court vide Bail Application No.2621/2015 which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 03.12.2015.

Admittedly, the case is at the initial stage of investigation. There is no change of circumstances from the withdrawal of application by petitioner on 03.12.2015 and till date. 5.

In view of above, I am not inclined to pass any order at this stage. Consequently, the bail application is dismissed. SURESH KAIT, J MARCH 21, 2016 M BAIL APPLN. 620/2016
