The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking urgent interim relief post pronouncement of the award in the arbitration proceedings. 2.
The petitioner seeks interim relief of restraining the respondent from creating any third party right or interest in the ground floor of the property bearing no.108, Block 172, Jor Bagh, New Delhi-110003. 3.
To be noted, the award has been rendered only on 7th October, 2025. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondents are based O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 423/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. outside India, it is apprehended that they will sell the aforesaid property and the petitioner shall have no means to recover the arbitral award. 4.
Mr. Vivek Kohli, senior counsel appearing on behalf or the respondents, submits that the respondents are taking steps to challenge the aforesaid award. He further submits that the aforesaid property has been leased to a tenant and the respondents have no intention to sell the aforesaid property at least till a period of four (4) months from today. 5.
The aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondents is taken on record.

The respondents shall be bound by the same.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
