This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of learned Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence of claimant's witnesses and the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator has expired on 20.09.2025.

Issue notice.

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respective Respondents and on instructions submit that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 12 months from 21.09.2025. O.M.P.
