The petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the order dated 11.08.2017, passed by the competent authority i.e. President of India, imposing upon her a penalty of removal from service. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a review in respect of the impugned order dated 11.08.2017, under Rule 29A of the CCS(CCA) Rules, 1965. 3.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending applications.
