The limited grievance canvassed by the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondent no.1/Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, in causing inordinate and unexplained delay in adjudicating the petitioner's appeal preferred under Section 15 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992.

The said appeal was preferred by the petitioner against the rejection letter dated 18.07.2022 issued by the respondent no.2/Foreign Trade Development Officer.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's statutory appeal is under active consideration and shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. 4.
No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 5.
