This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction against the respondent No. 1 School to admit the ward of the petitioner in Nursery/Pre School under EWS/DG/CWSN category in the academic session 2025-26.

Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 School, states that without getting into the merits and nitty-gritty of the matter, the respondent No. 1 School will grant admission to the child of the petitioner under the EWS category and will also accordingly extend all the benefits under the said category.
