Status report has been filed by the State wherein it has been stated that charge sheet under Section 173 Cr.PC has been filed before the Trial Court on 29.06.2017 and the next date of hearing is fixed for 29.07.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file an application for regular bail before the appropriate court. Let him do so within 3 days. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till 27.07.2017.

In the given facts and circumstances of the present case, the present petition becomes infructuous and the same is disposed of. Dasti under signature of the court master.
