% 29.10.2015 IA No. 22810/2015 (O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 21st September, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1", which has been signed by the parties and their counsels. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as stipulated in "Mark C-1". Suit is disposed of in terms of "Mark C-1".

Counsel for the defendants has handed over a demand draft of Rs.10,00,000/- to the plaintiff, photocopy whereof has been placed on record.

Counsel for the plaintiff has no objection if original Will is returned to the counsel for defendants. Ordered accordingly.
