Counsel for the Decree Holder states on instructions from his client that there is an interim order operating in favour of the Objector in CS(OS) No.2901/2012. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to file a fresh execution petition in accordance with law, if the interim order is vacated or if the Appellate Court grants any relief to the Decree Holder in appeal.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
