BAIL APPLN. No.542/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant party was the aggressor. They give beatings to the petitioner who sustained grievous injury. SI Benkatesh Kumar has admitted the fact that petitioner had also sustained injury which has been opined grievous. Learned counsel further submits that no FIR was registered on the complaint of petitioner. However, the complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. has already been filed. Keeping in totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is
ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of.
