This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that request for an appointment of an Arbitrator was made before Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC') on 23.05.2025 and a case reference number was accorded whereafter Petitioner deposited the requisite fee and also filed Statement of Claim on 10.07.2025. been appointed despite reminders sent by the Petitioner. 5.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and submits that another reminder will be sent to DIAC.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to send another reminder to Chairman, DIAC for appointment of an Arbitrator. Needless to state that prompt action will be taken by DIAC for appointment.
