Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have arrived at a settlement and that the claim of the petitioner stands satisfied. 3.

He, thus, submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present matter any further.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
