% 16.03.2026 Mr. Abhishek Garg, learned counsel for the applicant, states that the applicant has already been arrested in connection with the subject FIR bearing No. 702/2025 dated 20.08.2025, registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, District North-West, New Delhi, under Sections 110/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application seeking anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the bail application, alongwith pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
