O R D E R

In terms of the orders passed in Arb. P. No.329/2017 an arbitrator has been appointed.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the ad-interim order passed on 03.03.2017 shall continue till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. However, this will not preclude the respondents from applying for modification / vacation of the said order before the arbitral tribunal. In the event such application is made, the same would be considered by the arbitral tribunal, uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in these proceedings and shall be disposed off as expeditiously as possible. The aforesaid order is subject to the petitioner keeping the bank guarantee alive.

The petition along with pending application is disposed off. Dasti.
