First Bail Application under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant-Rajesh Kumar for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 0320/2025 registered under Sections 498A/406/34/377 IPC at P.S. Chhawla. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that before arrest of the husband, a prior permission of the ACP is required to be taken. No such permission has been taken till date and there is no apprehension of arrest of the Applicant. 3.

The Bail Application is hereby disposed of with the direction that in case, permission is taken for arrest, a prior intimation of 07 days be given to the Applicant.
