Counsels for the parties state that they have settled their disputes by settlement agreement dated 20th February 2025, copy of which has been handed over. The said settlement is signed by authorized representatives of both parties, as well as duly witnessed by two witnesses. 2.

The Court has perused the settlement terms.

As per the settlement, a demand draft of Rs.5,75,000/- vide Demand Draft No.434389 (Bank of Baroda) is being tendered to counsel for the petitioner in the Court, who received the same on behalf of the petitioner and has been handed over to Mr. K.N. Pandey, Authorized Representative of the petitioner, who is present in Court.

The parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

Settlement agreement be filed on record of this Court by counsel for the respondent.

The present petition is disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. 7.
