Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has duly surrendered to the jail authorities earlier today. 2.

Learned APP states on instruction from the Investigating Officer (IO) that the aforesaid submission has been verified. 3.

The said statement is taken on record.

The present petition was filed seeking interim bail for period of thirty

(30) days. The Petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 18.11.2024, which was extended vide order dated 02.12.2024 and lastly on 20.01.2025.

In view of the above, the relief sought in the main petition has been granted and availed of by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of along with pending application.
